🇮🇳 DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

📦 What We Deliver & Where

We deliver to every pin code in India, from major metros to remote towns. Whether it's a staple piece from our SteeringWear Standard Collection or something exclusive from our CARS24 Merchandise Drop, your order is safe with us.

🛠️ Fulfillment Time

  • Standard Products: 2–3 business days for packing and dispatch.

  • CARS24 Collection: Up to 4 business days due to exclusive processing and high-volume demand.

📬 Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

  • Standard Orders: 6–8 business days.

  • CARS24 Merchandise:

    • PAN India: 8–11 business days

    • Delhi NCR: 7–9 business days

📌 Note: All timelines exclude weekends and national/public holidays.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code and order value.

  • Free Shipping: Available during promotional periods or on orders above a set value (T&Cs apply).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • Available for standard products only.

    • Subject to a ₹35 handling charge.

    • COD is not available on exclusive or limited collections like CARS24.

  • You can track your delivery in real-time via our courier partners.

  • All international orders are fulfilled within 2–4 business days.

  • We use express shipping partners with strong global networks.

  • Every order is securely packaged and insured.

📦 Order Limits

  • Maximum of 3 items per international order.

  • Why? Because the shipping cost remains the same for 1–3 items — giving you the best value.

  • Ordering more than 3? Just place a second order — we’ll handle it separately, with individual tracking.

  • You’ll receive a live tracking code and direct link to the courier’s tracking page after dispatch.

  • Real-time updates, from our warehouse to your doorstep.

💳 Payments & Currency

  • All international orders must be prepaid — no COD available.

  • You can select your currency from the store footer.

  • Prices are calculated based on live exchange rates at the time of checkout.

  • Any custom duties, VAT, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may be due at the time of delivery.

Why is there a separate shipping charge?

At SteeringWear, we value transparency. Instead of inflating product prices to include hidden shipping costs, we keep our product prices fair and charge a separate shipping fee. This approach ensures you know exactly what you’re paying for, reflecting our commitment to honesty and clarity.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will arrive in a sturdy, eco-friendly cardboard package designed to protect your items during transit. Inside, you’ll find a personal letter from us, expressing our heartfelt gratitude for your purchase and support.

What printing method do you use for your products?

We use the DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing method, known for its durability and vibrant finish. This ensures your designs remain intact, even after regular ironing and washing. Our prints are tested to resist fading for over 150 washes, offering exceptional quality and longevity.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and fulfilled within 2–3 business days, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking link. This link allows you to monitor your order's journey. Please note that shipping typically takes 7–9 days to reach your location.

Do you accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizes?

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizes. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you make an informed decision. We kindly request you to refer to the chart before placing your order, as sizing errors are not covered under our return policy.
