🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (India)

📦 Standard Products

  • Order Fulfillment Time: 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery Timeline: 6–8 business days after fulfillment across India.

  • Products are shipped via top-tier national couriers with full tracking support.

🧢 CARS24 Merchandise Collection

  • Order Fulfillment Time: Up to 14 business days due to exclusive production.

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • PAN India: 8–11 business days post-fulfillment.

    • Delhi NCR (Gurgaon/Delhi): 7–9 business days post-fulfillment.

  • Please note: COD is not available for this collection.

📲 Order Processing & Live Tracking

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an Order Number.

  • As soon as your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

  • We use real-time tracking systems to keep you informed every step of the way.

💸 Shipping Charges (India)

  • Calculated at checkout based on location and order value.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on orders above a certain value (T&Cs apply).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • Available on standard products only.

    • Involves a nominal ₹35 service fee.

    • Not applicable on exclusive or limited-edition items.

🌍 International Shipping (Global)

(Currently shipping to UAE & Australia — expanding soon to the US & Europe)

✈️ Delivery & Fulfillment

  • All international orders are shipped through express, insured logistics partners.

  • Fulfillment Time: 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • UAE: 5–8 business days post-fulfillment.

    • Australia: 7–10 business days post-fulfillment.

  • Secure, tamper-proof packaging is used for every order.

🔎 Live Tracking & Support

  • A live tracking code and courier site link will be shared once your package ships.

  • You can monitor every step of the journey with complete visibility.

🌐 Currencies & Customs

  • Prices are displayed in your selected currency (choose from the store footer).

  • Prices may vary slightly due to live exchange rates.

  • Any applicable custom duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included at checkout.

📦 Order Limits & Structure

  • Each international order is limited to a maximum of 3 items to maintain efficient shipping rates.

  • The shipping cost remains the same for 1 to 3 products.

  • For more than 3 items, please place multiple orders — each will be treated individually and tracked separately.

❌ No COD for International Orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available internationally due to currency, tax, and logistic constraints.

  • All international orders must be prepaid via secure payment gateways.

  • Business Days: All timelines are in business days and exclude weekends and national/public holidays.

  • Delivery Areas:

    • We deliver across all major regions in India.

    • Remote/rural areas may experience slightly extended delivery times.
